Refund Policy for Digital Products

glowandember sells digital products — downloadable files such as video clip packs. Because of the nature of digital goods, our refund policy differs from physical products.

All Sales Are Final After Download
Once a digital product has been downloaded or the download link has been accessed, the sale is considered final and is not eligible for a refund. Every music product page includes a free preview of about 30 seconds, and document packs show a full contents list with a sample page. Please listen and review before purchasing — differences in subjective taste (tone, style, feel) are not grounds for a refund.

Please review the track list, the license terms and the full product description on the product page before purchasing.

Corrupted or Undeliverable Files
If your files are corrupted, incomplete, or you cannot download them, please contact us at mingzhao.sun0.haha@gmail.com with your order number. We will re-send your download link or replace the defective files at no additional cost.

Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the duplicate charge.
