Digital products can't be "returned", so here's our promise instead:
- Broken files? If a ZIP won't download or a file won't play, we'll replace it or refund you in full — your choice.
- Not as described? If the pack you received doesn't match its product page, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
- Changed your mind? Because files can't be un-downloaded, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. That's why every audio pack has free 30-second previews on its product page — please listen before you buy.
