Digital Delivery Policy
Last updated: September 26, 2026

glowandember sells digital products — downloadable files such as video clip packs. There is no physical shipment and no shipping fee.

How Delivery Works
After your payment is confirmed, you will automatically receive a download link by email. In most cases the link arrives within a few minutes. You can also access your files at any time from your customer account.

No Shipping Required
Because our products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping times, no tracking numbers, and no delivery charges. All prices shown at checkout are final (plus any applicable taxes).

Download Issues
If your download link does not arrive within 24 hours, or a file appears to be corrupted or incomplete, please contact us at mingzhao.sun0@gmail.com with your order number and we will re-send your files promptly.
