glowandember sells digital products — downloadable files such as video clip packs. We operate the Site and fulfill orders placed through it. These terms apply to all users of the Site.

Products and Pricing
We describe our digital products as accurately as possible, including file formats, resolutions, and the number of items included. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. Taxes are calculated at checkout. There are no shipping charges because no physical goods are shipped.

Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not constitute a contract. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including orders placed in error or suspected of fraud. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Digital Delivery

License
When you purchase a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files in your own videos and in client projects. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the original files, whether modified or unmodified. Some of our content is AI-generated; this does not affect your license rights.

Returns and Refunds
Because our products are digital, all sales are final once files have been downloaded or accessed. See our Refund Policy for details.

Acceptable Use
