Refund Policy for Digital Products

glowandember sells digital products — downloadable files such as video clip packs. Because of the nature of digital goods, our refund policy differs from physical products.

All Sales Are Final After Download
Once a digital product has been downloaded or the download link has been accessed, the sale is considered final and is not eligible for a refund. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

Corrupted or Undeliverable Files
If your files are corrupted, incomplete, or you cannot download them, please contact us at mingzhao.sun0@gmail.com with your order number. We will re-send your download link or replace the defective files at no additional cost.

Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the duplicate charge.
